Thursday saw the launch of the latest workshops involving our movie cars - it can sometimes be hard getting your points across as teachers, and children learn much more when they are engaged...

What can be more engaging than our lifesize Lightning - delivering workshops with his driver (who is Professional Trainer, with a Masters Degree & holds a DBS enhanced certificate)

The children at Village Infants School, Dagenham got to draw Lightning and met him as he talked to them and played songs from the films as they toured around him learning all about Resistant Materials (Metal, Glass, Rubber and materials such as leather) before children who'd donated £1 to school funds got the chance to win a ride around the playground in Lightning himself.

Safe to say it was an enjoyable and successful day for all - especially the teachers who enjoyed something different to the norm. We've now worked with teachers across several districts, Harrogate, Barking & Dagenham and Kirklees as well as many other community groups... but we're always happy to work with more!
